Where this comes from
We're a small independent shop, not a warehouse. We work with a short list of overseas manufacturing partners rather than holding our own stock — that's why the prices are what they are.
Plenty of shops in this category won't tell you that. We'd rather say it up front, because it's also why delivery takes a couple of weeks instead of two days.
