Shipping policy

Free shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is included on every order.

Where we ship from

We work with a small number of vetted overseas manufacturing partners rather than holding stock in a warehouse. That's how we keep our prices where they are, and it's also why delivery takes longer than a big-box retailer. We'd rather be upfront about that than surprise you after checkout.

Multiple items

If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Customs and duties

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Delays and missing parcels

Customs and carrier delays occasionally add extra time. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll reship it or refund you in full.
