Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Where we ship from: We work with a small number of vetted overseas manufacturing partners, which is how we keep prices where they are. That's also why delivery takes longer than a big-box retailer — we'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.
